This outstanding building refurbished in 2014, Salisbury Gardens is now the home of Ventnor Town Council. Run by VTC, Salisbury Gardens comprises of twelve offices available to let by small businesses. Each office is equipped with telephone and internet connections, as well as having access to communal kitchen and toilet facilities. Many of the offices also enjoy spectacular sea views.
Salisbury Gardens is based in Dudley Road, which is only a short walk from Ventnor’s town centre. Dudley Road car park provides ample parking for staff or visitors, and permits are available to tenants of Salisbury Gardens for a small cost. The nearest bus stops are located within a five minute walk of the building and are serviced by Southern Vectis routes 3 and 6, as well as by Ventnor’s No.31 community bus.
Salisbury Gardens is also home to The Green Room, which offers fully equipped meeting rooms available for hire to businesses and local community groups. These facilities offer tenants at Ventnor Enterprise Centre the opportunity to hold meetings or events, without having to book an external venue.
